The route is mainly along minor roads with low levels of vehicle traffic, crossing characteristic landscapes of Cáceres province such as grasslands, undulating hills and open fields. The road surfaces are good, meaning smooth pedalling, although in the final section (approaching Garrovillas) you need to pay attention at a hazardous crossroads before entering the centre, especially if there is a lot of traffic.
