The stage between Calzada de Valdunciel and El Cubo de Tierra del Vino runs for approximately 21 kilometres with an elevation gain of 177 metres, making it of moderate difficulty for gravel bikes.

As you leave Calzada de Valdunciel there is a crossroads on a bend, so take extra care due to the poor visibility and the presence of vehicle traffic. The route then runs along well-surfaced wide tracks, agricultural roads and sections of livestock trails. The rural setting offers little shade and no major changes in height, although a few short steep slopes require some effort.

El Cubo de Tierra del Vino, a small village in Zamora province at the end of the stage, is a quiet place where you can rest and recharge your batteries.

It is an ideal stage for riders who are not in a hurry and wish to  enjoy the solitude of open countryside in a ride that combines nature, history and sport.
