Montemolín - Fuente de Cantos
This mountain bike stage runs from Montemolín to Fuente de Cantos over approximately 17 kilometres, with an elevation gain of 223 metres. It is of moderate difficulty, suitable for riders with some experience who want to enjoy a route with a variety of sections but not too demanding technically.
Much of the stage runs along low-traffic minor roads, combined with rural roads and dirt tracks that are generally in good condition. While flooded fords may be found in some sections, the terrain is not complicated and allows you to ride at a constant pace most of the time.

The route mostly runs along low-traffic minor roads, together with rural roads and well-maintained dirt tracks. Along the way, you may find some fords, but in the terrain is generally accessible and suitable for mountain bikes.
The stage ends in Montemolín, located high up with good views over the attractive surroundings.
This part of the route combines heritage, nature and a complete cyclotourist experience through the southwestern Iberian Peninsula.
