The route mainly runs along minor roads in good condition with low levels of vehicle traffic, with a gentle profile and open landscapes. Long flat sections alternate with gentle gradients, all the while surrounded by cereal fields, holm oak groves and pastures, allowing riders to enjoy a relaxing day in natural settings.

The stage ends in Aljucén, a small but welcoming village located near the reservoir of the same name. If has a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for resting or as a connection point for other stages along the cycle route.
